How better can you use the special enrollment periods?

You can use the Special Enrollment Periods in making specific changes in the areas where you live. Therefore during the period, you will have the ability to relocate to a new address that is not within your service area.  Another thing you will be able to do is move to a new address within your plan service area. But in this case, you will have the ability to include new plans options in your new location. 

What will the latter migration of services guarantee you?
